Our company successfully won the bid and completed the UNIDO-assisted Belarus Industrial 5.0 project

Recently, relying on professional technical strength and rich project experience, our company successfully won the bid for the Industrial 5.0 project assisted by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) for the Ministry of Industry of Belarus and the Industrial Laboratory of Belarusian-Russian University. The project aims to promote Belarus' industrial upgrading through advanced manufacturing technologies. Our company is mainly responsible for supplying three high-precision CNC machine tools to the laboratory, as well as completing the tasks of installation, commissioning and training of local engineers.

After receiving the project task, the company quickly set up a special project team. After arriving in Belarus, the project team faced multiple challenges such as connection of equipment transportation, differences in local construction environment, and alignment of technical standards. To ensure the project progresses on schedule, team members raced against time, communicated and coordinated with local engineers immediately, and formulated a detailed installation and commissioning plan. During the equipment installation phase, the project team overcame technical difficulties such as optimal site layout and adaptation of circuit systems; during the commissioning process, repeated tests were conducted on key links such as machine tool precision calibration and intelligent system linkage to ensure that the equipment performance reached the best state.

With the active cooperation and close collaboration of local engineers, the project team efficiently completed all installation and commissioning work of the three CNC machine tools in only seven days. Subsequently, combining the characteristics of Industrial 5.0 technology and the key points of machine tool operation, the team carried out systematic training for local engineers, covering daily operation of equipment, parameter setting, fault diagnosis and application of intelligent production processes, etc. Through a combination of theoretical explanations, practical demonstrations and one-on-one guidance, local engineers quickly mastered the core operating skills of the machine tools and were able to independently complete complex processing tasks.

The successful completion of this project not only demonstrates our company's technical strength in the field of high-end CNC machine tools, but also becomes another successful practice in the field of industrial and technological cooperation between China and Belarus. In the future, our company will continue to actively participate in international assistance and technological cooperation projects, contributing Chinese wisdom and strength to promoting global industrial upgrading.
